Can I collect my pies?
Yes. Just select "COLLECTION" in the delivery options and your pies will be ready for collection from Clarks’ Pies, 23 Bromsgrove Street, Grangetown, Cardiff, CF11 7EZ.
When do you deliver?
We accept on-line orders 7 days a week but orders are only dispatched Monday – Thursday. Your delivery will remain chilled for 36 hours from leaving us on the overnight service. Your boxes can be delivered to work, to a neighbour or to you in person if you are home.
What about local deliveries?
If you would like a delivery within Cardiff or the surrounding area please call us. Local deliveries are undertaken at a cost of £5.00 and can be arranged at a convenient time. You may place your order on-line and we will telephone you to arrange a convenient.
When are normal order deadlines?
Please place your orders at least 3 days before your required delivery date. If you require a specific delivery date, please state when placing your order.
Which areas are covered by national deliveries?
We deliver to England, Wales and Scotland with a few exceptions in the Scottish Highlands, Jersey, Guernsey and Ireland unless surcharges are paid – please call 02929 227 586 for details. If in doubt please phone us or email us.
Do you deliver outside UK?
We do not normally deliver outside the UK.
Will my package stay cold?
Yes. We use specialist polystyrene packaging and ice pack coolers to ensure that our pies stay chilled for 36 hours. We have tested and monitored our packaging with temperature data logging equipment to ensure that your pies remain below the required temperature. It is essential that someone is available to accept your delivery.

Will my package be safe if left?
We cannot take responsibility for the security of an order once it has been delivered and left by the couriers according to your instructions.
Do I sign for my goods if they are damaged?
If the goods are damaged, please sign to accept but note that the goods are damaged. If you sign for the goods in 'Good Condition' you will not be able to process a claim.
Do I need to keep the packaging?
If the goods are damaged, packaging must be kept in case the goods need inspecting with the packaging. If the packaging is not kept this could invalidate your claim.
